Job Responsibilities
Exposure of working and ensuring compliances under Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations (LODR, SAST, PIT, etc) FEMA, 1999 & FCRA, 2010,
Liaising with various Regulators like ROC, Official Liquidators, Stock exchanges, SEBI, NCLT etc.
Required Candidate profile
Exposure of work under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 would be an added advantage.
CS in Any Specialization with 1 - 4 years
