Responsibilities:-

o    Journals as part of Breaks management
o    Intercompany reconciliation & Eliminations
o    Intercompany settlement
o    Management Information (MI)
o    Preparation & presentation of LOR & Metrics packs to senior leaders across Finance.
o    Continuous Process Improvement
o    Data Controls
o    Project support
o    Senior stakeholder management
o    Compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) controls
o    Compiling dashboard and tracking the progress on Statutory Financials and audit for various entities in the region
o    Support Balance Sheet Control in global control initiatives

 

What we’re looking for:
o    Qualified Accountant – ACA, CIMA, ACCA or MBA (Finance)
o    Strong academic background – 1st /2nd class honours, minimum bachelor degree from a reputable institution
o    Post qualification experience 
o    Experience in a month-end or quarter-end focused reporting role
o    Knowledge and understanding of the key accounting principles under IFRS
o    Experience of having worked in a Group reporting role focused on external reporting
o    Previous experience with having used either SAP or Hyperion
