Work related to Statutory and compliances as per the company act of India.
Arranging board meetings or general meetings, preparation and maintenance of minutes of meetings
Liaison with various government authorities to ensure statutory Compliance / approvals.
Providing corporate governance services
Maintenance of all Statutory Registers of the Company and filing relevant Forms with the Registrar of Companies.
Manage compliance of all procedures relating to local legislation applicable to the company
Dealing with Correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
Represent the company as required during interactions with government departments particularly Ministry of Corporate Affairs / Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank of India
Secretarial Audit & Secretarial Compliances
Ensuring adherence to SEBI guidelines, RBI & Listing agreement.
Any other important related matters.
Qualification:- Qualified Company Secretary, Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 1- 3 years of experience.
