Description
Responsibilities:-
- Supporting business with reporting out of Siebel Analytics and Sofon as needed (regarding catalog and quoting).
- Responsible for generating the reporting for Internal Control Standards (ICS) and SOX controls
- Possible activities include self reporting or central reporting request.
- ICS and SOX control responsibility within the market.
- Regular interaction with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, Contracts team, Government team, Back Office teams, Pricing teams, Finance teams, Project and Process teams (for catalog reporting).
- Drive excellent practices and technical standards for establishing KPI reporting, developing information suites (Dashboards, reports, visualizations) for management and tracking and measurement.
- Create packs for running the Monthly Performance Reviews.
- Ability to operate during US Business hours
Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant domain experience or MBA with 3-8 years of experience.
- Knowledge on tools: SAP, eDMR, Siebel, SOFON, APTTUS, ServiceNow, SalesForce, PowerBI, Tableau or Qlikview, R or Python.
