Responsibilities include:

● Create standard reports based on data collected by the Survey team, typically working in Excel and using other analytical software.

● Collaborate with the wider Survey team to execute and deliver clients’ needs, framing data sets to deliver better results for further analysis.

● Deliver exceptional service support to internal clients within Krea, gain an understanding of client needs, communicate in a responsive and effective manner, and build personal rapport.

● Work across relevant Operations/Enablement teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction.

● Consistently meet fast-paced deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. Plan and prioritize to hit deadlines in conditions that may change rapidly or involve ambiguity.

● Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.

Requirements:-  

● 2 to 5 years of experience in data checking/ validation through SPSS and other statistical.

● Experience with Excel( Pivot), PowerPoint, /Python/R; familiarity with at least one data visualization software tool is a plus.

● Experience in research and data analysis preferred - specific to market research data.
