Responsibilities:-

• Ownership of business partnering for QS Unisolution business area.
• FP&A function for QS Unisolution with complete management of annual budgets and forecasts for the division.
• Financial management of 3 subsidiaries (QS Unisolution UK, Germany and QS India); incl. close liaison with locally based external advisors.
• Timely production of monthly management pack for the division.
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance functions for the QS India subsidiary, including finance operations, statutory/management reporting, governance, compliance, and treasury.
• Take lead on local tax planning working with tax advisors and manage best business practice in this area with internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reporting.
• Streamlining all month end closing activities, ensuring these are completed timely and accurately, resolving promptly any issues that arise.
• Continuously work on developing more insightful management reporting to drive business performance.
• Ensuring relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) are well managed and collaborative.
• Any other requests as directed to meet business requirements.

Qualification:- Chartered accountant with relevant experience. Previous use of NetSuite would be desirable.
