Responsibilities:-

• Managing the Financial Controllership for GCC Finance. Incumbent needs to work closely with GCC Finance Lead and Entity Financial Controller on Legal entity numbers relating to GCC, inputs for Bison Submission, Controls and Compliance Framework etc. He also needs to partner with GCC Operations Head and other functions of GCC as Finance Partner for driving various KPI’s and cost culture.
• Monthly Financial Preparation for GCC business
• Preparation of Dashboard & Expenditure files along with reasons for variation (including accruals)
• Seamless support to GCC team for all finance matters
• Detailed budgeting and controlling of GCC overheads
• Ensuring compliance to Control Framework including monitoring GoA, SOP's adherence (splitting of Purchase requisitions, confirmatory PO's & open PO’s)
• Ensuring Compliance with Transfer Pricing Requirements
• Capex tracking & vetting of Capital Purchase Requisitions
• Managing & ensuring seamless closure of Internal Audit
• Vetting of Agreements
• Providing support to local Legal Entity team, Bison Reporting Team and Taxation teams for GCC Financials
• Ensure GST compliances
• Statutory audit completion for the site.

Qualification:- CA with 5 years of experience. Have experience of Accounting, analytical, Variance Analysis, Costing.
