- Should understand how Sales plans are formulated
- Working experience on dealing and tracking large contracts spread over years.
- Summarizing massive amounts of data in a manner that can easily interpreted by senior management.
- Ensuring data Integrity
- Perform Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Sales Incentive calculations process for Sales Heads, Sales Associates across North America, APAC and EMEA regions
- Spot trends and patterns in data to provide insight of the deals that are eligible for Sales Incentive.
Qualification:- MBA-Finance with 3-7 years of progressive experience in R2R
