Description
Qualification:-
-
Ensure leveraged loan calculations (e.g., risk management leveraged lending) are accurately performed
-
Review express renewal recommendations of team members with respect to green or red path clients to centralized management team
-
Ensure that relevant templates are being used for preparing reporting and documentation
-
Create error logs highlighting error/defect types (e.g., update for month end), error severity, corrections made by team members, etc.; document and maintain QA logs and reports
-
Identify dependencies on the lending teams in the US (e.g., delay in sending reporting packages) and communicate the same to them
-
Ensure that there are no risks to smooth delivery of work (due to incomplete data) by the credit services team
-
Relay any additional feedback from lending teams to the credit services team (e.g., for fixing repeat errors, updating DTPS based on client nuances)
-
Perform the role of SME for assigned processes; interact with team members to resolve process related issues/concerns, etc.

Report deficiencies and other concerns to Lead Analysts/Manager on a timely basis

Analyze monthly KPIs/metrics of team members; identify areas of delivery that did not meet pre-established performance standards

Achieve operational goals and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity

Collate information on performance metrics/KPIs from lead analysts/team managers; make dashboards and reports to enable business decisions and interventions

Prepare relevant MIS reports for periodic governance (capturing errors, quality metrics, etc.).
Qualification:-
-
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / MBA(Finance) with 3-5 years of experience. CA (CPA equivalent) / CFA will be added advantage.

Exposure to US accounting, GAAP, and IFRS, PowerBI/Tableau, quality assurance, compliance, regulatory, banking.
