The Role


The HR Executive is a highly visible role within the company. In this role, the individual will have opportunities to support colleagues, provide HR guidance when appropriate. This role will also support in the Emiratization strategy in order to attract, develop and retain talent.






Job Description





  • Provide first point of contact for all colleagues on employee lifecycle enquiries. Resolving queries professionally and promptly.

  • Manage the on-boarding process for new employees and contractors; coordinate with other departments to complete necessary tasks.

  • Support the team with the Emiratization strategy, assist with idea generation to attract UAE nationals to the company.

  • Supporting with administration for probation review including running monthly report, sending out reminders to managers, generating confirmation of probation emails.

  • Support with offboarding administration including sending out checklists to manager and monitoring to ensure all compliance checks are completed.

  • Update new staff personal/employment details on HR system and conducting audits to ensure information is accurate

  • Stay up to date on local employment laws



Skills required



  • Experience within a HR administration role and environment

  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups

  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Desired



  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP HR

  • Related industry/event knowledge

Educated to secondary level or equivalent
