Duties:-

  • Hire candidates through various channels & ensure the timely hiring of the candidate
  • Employee screening through headhunting/job portal/reference
  • Connect with different colleges to take participate in campus placement
  • Follow the overall recruiting strategy
     

Required Candidate profile:-

  • Coordinate & schedule induction calls, ensure a smooth onboarding process&assist in Joining & Exit process
  • Draft offer & appointment Letter
  • Background verification & maintain records of all document
