Role & Responsibility

  • Managed quality audit projects for clients.

  • Design the quality SOP and ensure the implementation.

  • Ensure the target of auditing with the help of the auditor.

  • Manage the daily, weekly and monthly quality activity as defined by SOP

  • Maintain the quality dashboard and daily activity.

  • Maintain the record of feedback, Mocks, and Certifications

  • Create the benchmark of call quality by understanding the use case.

  • Update the quality SOP to bring the best outcome

  • Conduct meetings with clients to do a better quality calibration.

  • Take corrective action to achieve the call audit target.

  • Achieve the quality KPI at the organizational level.


Requirement:

  • 8-10 Years of work experience in Quality and Training, preferably from BPO.

  • Have fair understating for Saleskills, Softskills, Sale Process

  • Should have a good command of advanced excel, google sheets. Python.

  • Should have managed a quality team.

  • Should have done quality management projects.
