RESPONSIBILIITES:-

. Prepare monthly/quarterly/ annual financial accounts closing for multiple entities as per local and USGAAP requirements and disclosures;
. Provide variance analysis for such FS
. Basic knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS (preferred)
. Manage quarterly Balance sheet substantiation and SOX process
. Support intercompany balances, reconciliations, payments etc
. Coordinate year end audits
. Responsible for cash management, payments and quarterly capital planning process
. Assist in ad hoc requests for financial information of entities assigned
. Review/prepare tax calculations including corporate income tax and Goods and Services Tax
. Liaise with other internal departments within the firm (e.g. tax, legal, treasury, deal teams, middle office) globally in the course of his/ her work.

Qualification:- CA/ CPA qualification with relevant experience. Strong accounting knowledge.
