Description
Responsibilities:-
- Stake holder management, understanding requirements and building dashboards and extracting insights
- Analyzing, building, and automating various performance management related metrics catering to the needs of each stakeholder
- Play a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of performance management related metrics
- Provide insights, identify trends, and offer recommendations to the performance management team
- Track and Report on internal team metrics.
- Act as a Mentor to junior team members.
Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree with 3 - 5 years of performance management experience in Analytics & Reporting.
- Deep understanding of Performance Management systems, HR data and reporting, VBA, Python, Tableau/Power BI.
