Responsibilities:-
• work through the settlement lifecycle of a trade to ensure data quality and identify timing differences that will cause GDBS breaks
• reviewing key weekly & monthly MIS to senior management.
• expected to be actively leading projects and re-engineering initiatives to improve the processes with other counterparties across different divisions and regions including but not limited to participation in or instigation of tactical and strategic initiatives
• involved in review and updates of policies and procedures and ensure that these are appropriately implemented
• reviewing tasks assigned to your Global Intercompany team and as a point of escalation you will be responsible for supporting legal entities in resolving any Intercompany break in their accounting close/regulatory submissions.
• helping the team implement a best practice control environment surrounding the Intercompany process
• previous exposure to senior level decision-makers and stakeholders
• excellent Stakeholder Management skills
• excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
• open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team member
• able to keep pace with technical innovation and market driven initiatives such as robotics

Qualification:-

• university degree or equivalent qualification (preferably CA / CFA, MBA Finance or similar)
• at least 5+ years of Banking experience with exposure to regulatory reporting or product controller ship and general accounting knowledge
