Description
Responsibilities:-
a) Preparing and review of draft financial statements as per the applicable laws
b) preparing / reviewing audit schedules including tax audit schedules
c) Interface with statutory and tax auditors for the completion of audits in the stipulated timelines
d) thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting including ledger scrutiny
e) thorough knowledge of tax compliances including GST, WHT. Actively communicates with other departments and follows up on corrective actions. Coordinates with other verticals including general ledger, compliance and reconciliation teams to ensure that information required, supporting both internal and local statutory requirements are obtained and provided in a timely manner. Perform special studies or analyses from time to time as needed and requested by supervisors and managers.
Qualification:-
- CA (Inter) with 2-4 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, WHT, GST Tax and Corporate Tax, GAAP, Financial Reporting Standards..
