Description
Responsibilities:-
-
Prepare month-end closing activities with regards to accruals, bookings report, ARR database, Churn, close and forecast templates.

Assist the FP&A Team in the development of detailed budgets, business plans, and forecasts.

Prepare, analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic KPI’s/operational results for use by various key stakeholders.

Ability to “tell the story” and drive insightful analytics from financials
-
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into summarized presentations/management views.
-
Compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and interpret results.
-
Take initiatives in improving the quality and efficiency of internal reports, including enhancing financial models and streamlining analysis and processes.

Various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and scale.
Qualifications:-
-
MBA/CA Finance with 2+ years of FP&A experience.

Knowledge of financial systems (Xactly, Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau) a plus.

Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

A self-starter, who proactively converts gaps into opportunities.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Flexibility to work U.S. time during the pick days of the quarterly/monthly reporting process.

Strong team-player with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities.
