Responsibilities:-

• Prepare month-end closing activities with regards to accruals, bookings report, ARR database, Churn, close and forecast templates.

• Assist the FP&A Team in the development of detailed budgets, business plans, and forecasts.

• Prepare, analyze and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic KPI’s/operational results for use by various key stakeholders.

• Ability to “tell the story” and drive insightful analytics from financials

• Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of data into summarized presentations/management views.

• Compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and interpret results.

• Take initiatives in improving the quality and efficiency of internal reports, including enhancing financial models and streamlining analysis and processes.

• Various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and scale.

Qualifications:-

• MBA/CA Finance with 2+ years of FP&A experience.

• Knowledge of financial systems (Xactly, Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau) a plus.

• Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

• A self-starter, who proactively converts gaps into opportunities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams 

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Flexibility to work U.S. time during the pick days of the quarterly/monthly reporting process.

• Strong team-player with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities.
