  • This role will provide support in the daily operations of financial document and data access, across all geographical and structured finance asset sectors.

  • Maintain company's historical databases that are available online to subscribers in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Assists with the daily operations of external search and application of trustee deal document access and follow- up from multi trustee websites/sources

  • Respond and assist to internal requests for client deal access.

  • Manage current client portfolios to ensure access requests and updates are timely

  • Assist and support internal and external clients in accessing our data.

  • Interfaces with vendors when required.

  • Maintain metadata accurately with current deal access status and/or trustee documentation into centralized database

  • Observes and adheres to all trustee and Moody’s Analytics governance processes and or legal guidelines.

  • Communicate frequently with initial inquiry and follow up external parties

  • Work with managers on problem solving and further developing the group and efficiencies within the group.

  • Take initiative and handle special projects in coordination with other groups and management





  • Undergraduate or advanced degree with course work in economics, finance, statistics, or related fields preferred.

  • 3+ years of work experience in this sector or other related fields.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with MS Excel
