Qualifications

·Post-Graduate/Graduate in Finance /Accounting

·4-8 years of relevant experience in fixed assets accounting, preferable in retail or real estate

·Experience in leading teams of 5+ colleagues

·Proficiency in MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

·Experience of working on various tools such as Oracle, SAP etc.

Preferred Qualifications

·CA or CPA with 4-8 years of relevant experience

·Experience of working with teams across multiple geographies

·Experience with back-office function of a US/UK/Australia based MNC or outsourcing provider

·Experience in finding and operationalizing automation opportunities within process

Timings

• Should be willing to work in shifts from 1PM to 10PM
• Extend beyond normal working hours during period close process
