What this job involves:

Job Aim

Provide Front Office services at all designated Accenture locations. User satisfaction, the conduct of the front office attendant, and upkeep of the front office area will be the key measure to assess the performance of the front office services provided by the Service Provider.

Sound like you? In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

Service Provider Deliverables

Service Provider will;

Prepare a facility-wise cleaning and maintenance plan which would include the daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedule, checks, and supervision process.

Ensure that the deployment and services agreed to be provided at Accenture premises are met consistently.

Arrange ad hoc deep cleaning and pest control to suit specific facility needs eg major rodent invasion, epidemic, contagious flu /fever, etc

Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements, documents, approvals, licenses (subject to timely issue of regulatory documents from Accenture), and other applicable terms and conditions specified under the law of the land. Accenture will not tolerate any unfair labor practices or exploitation of workers.

Carry out daily inspections to monitor the performance of the vendor and ensure the vendor completes the daily housekeeping checklist

Ensure the vendor performs services as per the SOW.

Track and monitor all data related to the consumption of housekeeping consumables and resource deployment in Accenture facilities.

Ensure optimization of the resources deployed and consumables, particularly paper-made consumables to help save not only the cost but environment as well.

Ensure that the quality and usage guideline specified in the agreement is followed and is consistent at all times.

Manage of ad-hoc cleaning requests by Accenture with additional cost subject to the requirement

Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard (operational, clean, and not in a state of disrepair)

Ensure maintenance of Pantry Stocks.

Maintenance and regular updating of a Housekeeping Manual.

Ensure Statutory Compliance (e.g. Labor Laws).

Provides Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS)

All chemicals are kept in approved and labeled containers.

Manage the complete housekeeping services including office support and pantry services.

Develop and maintain the ‘Service Level Agreement’ document with the ‘Cleaning Contractor’. Service levels will need to be reviewed every month.Any service gain or recovery on account of SLA violation will be passed on to Accenture.

Report on daily snag list and work progress to Accenture facility lead once every week. Timely resolution of snags. Cleaning issues will be considered as an important performance measure.

Surprise audit of any area to be carried out and report to be shared with WPL.
