  • Assist in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
  • Take ownership of Document management process including collection, renaming and storing of relevant documents in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to Pune officeHyderabad office.
  • Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare/ update Corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco.
  • Preparation of minutes of Board meetings/AGM/EGM.
  • Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities.
  • Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
  • Review work of analysts to ensure output is in accordance with client standards.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met and KPI’s are in good shape.
  • Take active interest and participation in any local/global projects aimed at improving efficiencies and level of service to the client.
  • Escalate any issues in a timely manner.


  • You are a Company Secretary (must) or have a degree in Law (preferred).
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
