- Develop, organise and implement recruiting strategies, including direct recruiting, job fairs, sourcing and screening.
- Understand all employment legislation
- Work collaboratively with store management, regional teams on employee relations issues.
- Maintain HR records by documenting incidents and resolutions of issues. Obtain opinions from HR Director, Manager and Advisor.
- Travel the region to ensure proper visibility from HR.
Qualification:- Any Postgraduate with 5 to 10 year(s) of experience
