Role and responsibilities:-
  Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, complied with corporate policies and 
filed 
 Ensuring the Financial Reporting is compliant with Statutory regulations of respective countries 
 Review of Standalone and Consolidated Financials for 12 Legal Entities (Group) across the 
globe for Annual/Quarterly Audits 
 Overseeing Audit Process and liaising with external stakeholders for timely closures 
 Review and publishing timely Monthly Financial Statements 
 Review of Monthly schedules prepared by General Ledger Team and sign off 
 Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations 
 Work on other special projects, as may be assigned from time to time 
 Coach and Mentor Junior staff in Reporting and Shared Services team.

Qualification & Experience:- Chartered accountant or other equivalent professional qualification, with minimum 8 years of post qualification experience.
