Job Objective

  • Responsibility of Preparation of all financial MIS reporting for Cluster or Mine Site

  • Provide data Analysis for Mining Business for improvement of Top line / Bottom Line

  • Responsible for finalize Cluster / Mine Budget with support to /from Sites

  • Monthly and Quarterly review related activities

  • Budget Controlling and Monitoring for Cluster/ Mine Site, Need to ensure transactions as per the approve Budget.

  • To review NFA for any budget proposal and finalize along with Sites for final approval

  • Work closely with Mine Site/ Cluster to identify “areas of improvements” and submit to the other concerned stakeholders for implementation

  • Ability to Analysis data

  • Explanations in case any Variance

  • An updated forecast with risks and opportunities to current plan

  • Knowledge and working experience of Financial Modelling

  • Working experience in Key Management reporting

    Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

    I. Finance Planning and Budgeting – 40%

    o Manage the annual budget process, including developing key assumptions, working with business partners to ensure budgets are appropriate and that operational partners establish action plans that achieve the necessary financial outputs.

    o Develop long range plans, including developing the appropriate models and working with Functional and Business Heads to reflect business trends in the financial plans.

    o Primary interface with business partners to ensure appropriate cost control, accurate forecasting, and insightful business understanding.

    o Establish high-level financial risk management policies and procedures.

    o Monitor and analyze forecast of present and potential financial risks

    II. Financial Analysis – 60%

    Originate and develop analyses to help Executive leadership team to better understand financial trends and financial opportunities (e.g., cost savings, business development, etc.)

    o Evaluate and manage financial performance of the organization and ensure awareness of Executive Leadership team of the performance.

    o Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies in order to identify and make recommendations on opportunities.

    o Support Bid Management activities by reviewing inputs on CAPEX and OPEX.

    o Develop pricing strategy for bids and tenders.

    o Review capital financing models and commercial models for bids.

    o Review and develop customer profitability analysis

    Technology and IT Enablement

    Hands on Experience of SAP ERP and very good in MS Office like Excel and PPT

    Educational Qualification:

  • Essential: CA/ MBA/ Degree in Finance

  • Desired: MBA/ CA/ Accounts Management

  • Experiences:

  • 8+ years of professional experience

  • o 5+ years’ experience in finance and accounts in a large organization (Manufacturing or Mining Industry

    o 5+ years’ experience in a MIS and Planning and Budgeting role
