Description

Responsibilities:-

1.    Review of all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance with applicable provisions.
2. Continual compliance risk assessment , update management,  develop internal  procedures, compliance training .
3.Plan &  Implement annual Compliance  Audit  including development/ validatation of compliance checklists from Mcompliance portal / Group Legal and prepare audit reports and action planning  as and when due.
4.    Work in coordiantion with plant legal SPOC , Advocates & Group Legal team to keep check on the progress of the Legal matter , give inputs to Advocates towards reducing / minizing legal risks , attending court proceedings etc. 
5.    Preparation and updation of Legal Docs, management of files and MIS on all legal matters including upkeep of Legal potral. 
6. Driving dizitization & other projects related ER      
7. Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives and advise management accordingly.

Qualification:- MILS / MBA - HR, Bachelor’s Degree in Law (an advantage) with 3-5 Years of experience.
