The Directory Services Squad is primarily responsible for systems and tools covering directory services and data integration for the Firm.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Directory Services Squad. The successful candidate will be part of a global team responsible for supporting highly scalable and comprehensive global directory services and data platforms. The successful candidate will integrate into our team to support the current infrastructure, develop new tooling to help support the plant, and assist in development and implementation of migration efforts from existing legacy systems. An ideal candidate should previously have worked with Oracle Directory Server, Ping Directory or have at least minimal exposure with Microsoft Active Directory and experience working with large enterprise architecture.

Identify areas for automation and reliability improvements and work on implementation with the squad.
Create tooling as required for squad usage.
Provide DevOps support, including periodic on-call support, and serve as subject matter expert for our internal LDAP and identity management solutions and tools.
Collaborate with partners in global engineering and operations to ensure data security and reliability policies are accurately implemented within procedures and automation pipelines.
Participate as required on calls with internal users and external clients or vendors.
5 to 10 Yrs of experience.
Experience with Directory Services/LDAP.
Experience working with any scripting language (Python (preferred), Bash/Shell and Perl, PowerShell, etc.).
Good to have working experience with large enterprise architecture and DevOps Tools.
Lightweight reverse engineering mindset which is used in general troubleshooting and development.
Knowledge of operating system administration on Windows and Linux [Red hat] platforms.
Active interest in Information Security and IAM.
Good written and oral English communication skills: capable of writing comprehensive documentation, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with upper management, colleagues and customers as required.
Independent problem-solving, highly motivated, and self-directing.
Comfortable working in the production environment with broadly scoped internal client interactions and with periodic on-call responsibilities.
Must be a self-starter and must also recognize the importance and value of working as a member of a team.
Nice to have skills:
Offensive security mindset to continually protect sensitive Firm information.
An interest and understanding of IT Trends such as cloud computing and operating with agile workflows.
ITIL, CISSP, LDAP System Admin or similar certifications
Familiarity with general network and enterprise security standards and concepts
Experience with Identity Management Lifecycle Solutions (ForgeRock, Sun IDM, Oracle IDM)
