The Role / Responsibilities:

The Pricing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Moody’s rating applications and related records. Individual will provide assistance and serve as the backup pricing administrator for all Fee Schedule administrative activities.

This individual will ensure all rating application components, fees, language, and terms and conditions are correct, including making changes when needed.

In addition, this role will represent the department as Subject Matter Expert (SME) at relevant internal meetings on several corporate wide IT initiatives, and will support the review and development of system build and development strategies.

Day-to-day interaction with various internal teams including Relationship Management, Commercial Operations, Billing, Legal and IT will be required as part of the fee application management process.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the maintenance of templates and pricing process, lead or provide support in the formation, implementation, and reporting of fee schedules

  • Validate annual pricing changes are properly reflected in spreadsheets to be used for implementation of billing fees and fee descriptions.

  • Follow-up on unresolved issues by reviewing and answering emails and proposing solutions and leading meetings with senior stakeholder to find compromises on any outstanding issues

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to automate tasks, simplify and standardize processes for global consistency within the fee schedules

  • Create and maintain procedure and process flow documentation

  • Assist in the regulatory reporting process to ensure consistency with the fee schedules

  • Bachelor's degree in finance discipline required.

  • 3-5 years of relevant job experience working in a corporate environment.

  • Candidate should have strong organization skills, analytical, problem solving, and communication (both verbal and written) skills.

  • Strong attention to details, and ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Strong orientation toward teamwork.

  • Experienced in multi-functions and multi-years implementation initiative

  • Comfortable in engaging with sales team, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders

  • Proficient in Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
