Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Payroll processing, including booking of journal entries and manpower related provisions
  • Streamline the process with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and right documentation is filed
  •  Ensuring monthly Internal Control System requirement is followed
  • Work and support HR on manpower related compliance
  • Ensure TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) for personal income tax is complied
  • Manage and work with External stakeholders (payroll vendors) to ensure efficiency in payroll process

Qualification:-

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equilvalent and/or Chartered Accountant
  • Good knowledge of India Manpower/Payroll structure and processing
  • Experience in taxation preferred in personal income tax
  • Experience in handling expats personal income needs/filing will be preferred
