RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality

  • Work closely with the team manager to understand the end-to-end internal stakeholders needs and convert them into project opportunities;
  • Initiate, lead or participate to different projects, as defined by the Senior management, resulting in process improvements and/or improved efficiency
  • Provide data and insights for regular reviews with the internal customer & the other stakeholders, if required
  • Performs other tasks related with SSC deliverables, as may be required

Compliance

  • Participate to the quarterly self-assessment and control validation exercises, which includes but is not limited to:

1. Appraising adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit of testing templates, including records and documentation examination, communication of findings and issue log monitoring
2. Providing training to ICS stakeholders for better process understanding, if required
3. Preparing and submitting for review the ICS results before being published and audited, if required
4. Participating  in results consolidation and publishing

  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures
  • Identifies, priorities and proposes process improvements & efficiencies opportunities
  • Builds positive relationships and communication with partners and stakeholders and auditors
  • Performs other tasks related with ICS deliverables, as may be required

 
Qualification:-

  • MBA graduates with 5+ experience in Quality andInternal Controls domains, with good business acumen:
  • Exposure to multiple processes within organisations like Finance, Sales, HR, business, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of the financial accounting processes & compliance & audit requirements
  • Experience of working in a QA or Process Improvement role
  • Prior experience of working in a Shared Service/Outsourcing environment is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of quality and compliance methodologies
  • Excellent analytic skills and very detail/ Solution oriented person
  • Very good communication & presentation skills, High proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Team-player with high ethical standards,  Creative and resourceful
  • Certifications : Strong knowledge of quality & compliance methodologies  & Lean Certified, Six Sigma Certified /Trained – nice to have
