  • Collaborate with business organizations (Accounting, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT, Legal, Support, Finance, etc.) to assist in implementation of process improvements, automation and continuous improvement projects. Support Quote to Cash related system implementations.

  • Identify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities within current Quote to Cash processes and solutions through current or future technology capabilities like SAP S/4HANA, Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

  • Execute Finance Transformation projects, governance, and development of process documentation and training materials.

  • Develop and execute system testing to properly account for Quote to Cash Finance & Accounting functions (Including SAP S/4HANA, SAC, etc.)

  • Conduct multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation.

  • Develop project updates and internal communication within the organization and represent in cross-functional meetings by using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

  • Analyse complex ideas or point of views and build a range of practical and meaningful recommendations.


  • Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. 

  • 12+ years of progressive experience managing projects and process improvements within the Quote to Cash cycle with 7+ years experience with Finance Transformation related experience preferred.

  • Core functional consultant / Subject Matter Expert on S/4 HANA FICO areas

  • Good understanding of software development life cycle with expertise on Planning and Execution of User Acceptance Testing.

  • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions, manage and implement new processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Proven extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as thorough abilities utilizing Google Suite.

  • Experience with financial systems, SAP ERP ECC & RAR, BI, Blackline, Tableau, and SFDC is preferred. 

  • Experience with high technology companies in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space is a plus.
