  • Management of Team and Relationships

  • Sets and manages team goals, objectives and plans for resources to accomplish tasks

  • Identifies and resolves complex issues through work of subordinates

  • Collaborates with SMEs to interpret guidance, articulate guidance in policies or procedures, and understand how they should be applied

  • Provide strategic direction to evolve and mature the GDC risk management function

  • Performs supervisory role and provide oversight of staff activities

  • Provide training to staff on risk management practices

  • Builds healthy cross-functional relationships among various departments to achieve alignment in timelines, deliverables and anticipated results

  • Ensures effective communication, follow ups, and escalations on delays / issues for various initiatives that require Business Owner response (e.g. Certifications, PBC requests, follow up requests and questions, scheduling meeting requests, and PIO/Deficiency remediation cycle)

  • Acts as a liaison with both internal and external auditors.

Qualification:- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 to 12 years performing audit work. MBA degree. CPA, CISA, CIA preferred.
