Management of Team and Relationships
Sets and manages team goals, objectives and plans for resources to accomplish tasks
Identifies and resolves complex issues through work of subordinates
Collaborates with SMEs to interpret guidance, articulate guidance in policies or procedures, and understand how they should be applied
Provide strategic direction to evolve and mature the GDC risk management function
Performs supervisory role and provide oversight of staff activities
Provide training to staff on risk management practices
Builds healthy cross-functional relationships among various departments to achieve alignment in timelines, deliverables and anticipated results
Ensures effective communication, follow ups, and escalations on delays / issues for various initiatives that require Business Owner response (e.g. Certifications, PBC requests, follow up requests and questions, scheduling meeting requests, and PIO/Deficiency remediation cycle)
Acts as a liaison with both internal and external auditors.
Qualification:- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 to 12 years performing audit work. MBA degree. CPA, CISA, CIA preferred.
