Responsibilities:-

·       Preparing audit requirements from SAP reports;

·       Extraction of various SAP reports and transaction support documents from SAP to support preparation of financial statements and to support audit requirements from a Big 4 auditor;

·       Handling audit queries;

·       Support the team in preparation and distribution of periodic statutory financial statements for various entities across the world under IFRS/Ind-AS/local GAAP;

·       Work with internal and external auditors and with internal teams to provide requested information for statutory audits and drive the audit cycle to closure;

·       Assist in preparation of India SOX/IFC controls;

·       Work on special automation projects, analysis requests, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned; and

·       Ensure all deadlines are met

Qualifications

-        Display a strong knowledge of IFRS / USGAAP/ Ind-AS with the ability to stay on top of changes in guidance;

-        Has experience in preparation/audit and analysis of financial statements in multiple countries and/or related data and financial reports;

-        Experience with SAP and Workiva is a plus and experience in preparing and maintaining SOX controls will be an advantage

-        Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-        A proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions, and excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact and build relationships across all levels of the organization

-        Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pre-Requisites:

·       Chartered Accountant - with 2 to 5 years  post qualification experience, Big 4 public accounting firm experience desirable but not must;
