Description
Responsibilities:-

Responsible for overseeing the Hub, Market and Corporate OTC teams.

Identify, support, and lead OTC improvement initiatives in tandem with the Hub team and to drive operational efficiencies and improved controls.

Manage and ensure the timelines of the Global OTC processes such as sales order creation, invoicing, collections, contracts, invoicing, AR reporting, month close activities are aligned with Global Blueprint

Oversee and monitor KPIs/SLAs to ensure effective end-to-end OTC process delivery against targets and benchmarks.

Support leadership through business partnering by providing key OTC metrics, problem resolution to sensitive requests, and reporting OTC process performance.

Analyze root causes for lapses in timeliness and accuracy in the regular processing and reporting activities and take necessary corrective and preventive action.

Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards and regulations linked to the OTC business process and drive control procedures and practices to ensure no control deficiencies exist.

Provide support for month-end and year-end close OTC accounting activities.

Support external audit and internal audit requests.
Qualification:-
- Strong Finance Education (e.g MBA, M. Com, CA, ICWA, CPA etc.) with 10-12 years of OTC experience.
- Knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) and related ancillary systems (cash application automation, customer portal, etc.) and functionality.
