Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for over-seeing theHub, Market and Corporate PTPteams.

  • Owning the global procure to pay process and capturing the country wise nuances from the perspective of regulatory / business model needs

  • Work with global and market functional leads to draft policies

  • Identify and design PTP improvement initiatives in tandem with the Hub team and other fuctions as necessary to drive operational efficiencies and improved controls;

  • Ensure global best practices are implemented for PTP processes and work towards continuous improvement of the processes.

  • Ensure standardized reporting and peformance management

  • Support leadership through business partnering by providing metrics, problem resolution, and reporting process performance.

  • Exception Reduction: Evaluating the process for exception scenarios; identify and implement strategies to reduce exceptions

  • Ensure the global process is compliant with all regulations, associated with duties and responsibilities, proper delegation of authorities, and other internal controls.

Qualification:- 

  • MBA, M. Com, CA, ICWA , CPA with 10-12years of PTP experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP(S/4HANA) and related ancillary systems.
