Responsibilities:-
•    Responsible for filing and submitting financial surveys globally accurately and timely.
•    Responsible for coordinating with global teams and processes for collecting and entering data in surveys.
•    Managing the PO (Purchase Order) process with timely initiating and addressing the PO request globally and tracking/updating the status of the same until closure.
•    Supporting preparation of monthly JV entry process for multiple countries.
•    Preparing and supporting reconciliations of accounts and finding the variances wherever applicable.
•    Managing and supporting as admin the accesses of the share point globally. 
•    Assist with the data entry of financials and earnings releases deliverables timely. 
•    Support and perform certain IT testing/ UAT of different worldwide projects with minimum supervision.
•    Should be able to work under minimal supervision and manage the work assigned.

Qualifications:-

•    Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree (CA preferable) in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
•    0-4+ years’ experience in a finance role
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
•    Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
•    Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
