Job Purpose




Manage development and effective implementation of standard operating procedures and guidelines derived from regulations (internal and external) to ensure healthcare compliance in a manner consistent with best practices for the Organisation. Manage and maintain general operation of health care compliance for Cipla India business team to ensure adherence to regulatory framework and advice internal stakeholders on compliance and ethics matter






Accountabilities




1. Update & implement Compliance Policies, SOPs to ensure business are in line with the Regulatory Requirements


2. Timely guidance and collaboration with teams to ensure all the required pre-requisites are followed while conducting marketing activities


3. Training and communication of compliance to ensure coverage of all Cipla representatives


4. Implement and oversee the Audit and Monitoring Plan for the India Business to ensure that the promotional activities are in line with the approved Policies & SOPs and within the regulatory framework


5. Implement controls around activities and develop system report which will ensure that activities are in line with the Policies and SOPs






Education Qualification




CA/ LLB / Masters degree in Finance/ MBA






Relevant Work Experience




Minimum 3 to 4 years of Industry experience of analytics and sound knowledge of Excel ,a good understanding of Audit and an ability to work with cross functional professionals and teams
