Description

Responsibilities:- 

  1. Bookkeeping.
  2. Categorizing bank and Credit Card transactions.
  3. Summaries and Analysis records.
  4. Creating Invoices.
  5. Recording Bills.
  6. Recording Payrolls.
  7. Reconciling Bank and Credit Cards.
  8. AR and AP management and Reconciliation.
  9. Weekly reporting of AR and AP to management.
  10. Well versed with the accounting software.
  11. Liaised with clients for all payment and billing related activities.
  12. Fixed asset and depreciation Schedule.
  13. Handle month end, quarterly and year end closing.

Qualification:- 

  1. A commerce/ accounting graduate or Inter C.A with 2 - 4 years of experience with a chartered accountant firm (other than audit work) or company.
  2. Strong accounting background.
  3. Good Communication Skills
  4. Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
  5. Preferred expertise in software like Xero, QuickBooks, Tally etc.
  6. Good Communication Skills.
  7. Working experience in excel is a must.
