  • Handling all banking related accounting activity on daily basis.
  • Ensuring timely preparation and review of bank reconciliations on daily basis.
  • Tracking and maintaining cash balance confirmations from all regions on monthly basis and reconciling the same with the book balance
  • Periodic monitoring and reporting of key balance sheet areas
  • Proactively managing preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations as per the defined timelines for areas involving vendor advance, deposits etc.
  • Fixed asset management and ensuring adherence to group policy with respect to addition, deletion, write-off, physical verification and reconciliation
  • Experience in handling statutory audit and internal audit
  • To ensure effective funds management for timely and adequate availability of funds to meet organizational requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting and reporting standards, principles and processes
  • Understanding of IT/Excise/GST Tax/RBI compliances
  • Knowledge of latest direct taxation laws and upcoming changes.
  • Experience of fund mobilization.

  • Experience in handling auditors
  • Having a high degree of initiative with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Must be proficient with Excel and Tally ERP
  • Proficient in all MS products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualification:- M.Com, B.Com, CA with 5 - 10 years of experience.
