Campaigns
Review campaigns and requirements received from Channels Heads/Vertical Heads / Sales Team, recommend changes if needed and refer to supervisor for approval
Arrange for Fulfilment of the Campaigns / Services as per approved processes
Vendor Development and Management - Identify and empanel vendors for all the agreed activities
Discuss regularly with Sales and Marketing teams for requirements. Identify and provide vendors for the same.
Ensure services are conducted on regular basis as per agreed deliverables. Ensure documentation and supporting in line with PO/Agreement, SOP and Commercials with Proper accounting of expenses.
Expense Management - For all expenses check for available budgets.
Timely processing of invoices as per SOP.
Automation and process improvement
Engage and drive automation and process improvements for smooth deliverables and payments
Work on an ongoing basis to improve and revise processes and procedures
