Role/Job Title: Associate Operations Manager - Digital Lending

Business: Retail Assets

Function/ Department: Digital Lending

Place of work: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

'The job functions include

1. Work closely work with the operations team of partners during product design stage to make sure the operational aspects of business is covered

2. Understand IDFC's internal operations functions thoroughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks

3. Making sure all settlements due to the partner are done on a daily basis as per agreed SLAs and help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation

4. Work with finance team in timely raising and clearing of all invoices both inward and outward

5. Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be

6. Day to day engagement with partners team for operational and customer service related items

Secondary Responsibilities:

'1. Work with audit (internal and external) teams to ensure adherence to SOPs

2. Own MIS reporting for all teams and publish daily reports

3. Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stake holders

Key Success Metrics:

Operational TATs, Issue Resolution Rates, Partner and Customer Satisfaction Scores
