Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. Roles & Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Business Banking business analysis team, the team member will play an active role in understanding customer journey and behavior, and drive data based insights across various stages of customer lifecycle.

  • Design and deliver KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses for segmentation, customer journey analytics, customer & channel profitability analysis, vintage analysis with focus on deepening and identifying cross sell opportunities

  • Use advanced quantitative techniques on large datasets to identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights

  • Provide assumptions for building financial business cases to support the business's investment asks.

  • Support key Stakeholders and strengthen partnership with strong understanding of underlying data and ability to translate data to business knowledge

  • Work independently and collaboratively (as and when needed) to achieve the larger goal.

  • Actively contribute in bringing in innovative ideas and continuously strive to upskill and learn new technologies.

Experience, Education & technical skills:

  • Master's degree in Business ,Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research or any quantitative field

  • 5-8 years' experience in data science, statistics or related fields preferably in the banking domain with focus on customer and portfolio analytics.

  • Must have with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAS, SQL and R or Python

  • Good to have: Exposure to alteryx and tableau

  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple database systems.

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, data mining techniques and predictive modeling techniques.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details, observations and inferences into business language

  • Highly proficient in developing ppt decks and presenting strategic, action- oriented recommendations from complex analytics

  • Ability to perform in both independent and collaborative work environments.

  • Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
