The Consulting team within the Advisory line of service is poised to grow its capabilities in the data domain. We are looking for an experienced team member with the below skill set and solution oriented mindset to extend/enhance the depth and width of our services.
Main purpose of the job and key background information
Activities to be performed :
Work with Consulting leadership team and PwC engagement teams to understand client requirements and provide effective, timely, viable solutions.
The individual is expected to coordinate with the PwC engagement teams on an individual basis, design enterprise automation solutions, estimate the effort/resource recruitment/timeline, prepare a solution and agree the same with the engagement team. The individual is expected to then build a team from the existing resource pool under the guidance of the Consulting leadership team and deliver the solution in an agreed manner. It is important to note that irrespective of the designation, the individual is expected to perform hands-on activity as and when required. The individual is expected to work in a virtual team and when all/most of the team members will be working from different parts of the world and in different time zones. The individual is expected to contribute to thought leadership, inspire and mentor technical team members. The individual is expected to build and grow client relationships through delivery excellence.

Level of experience : Senior Associate 2 (6+ years)
Education/qualifications : Any science stream, engineering will be preferred. Technical and data related certifications will be a definite plus
Industry experienc e : Working in multiple industries will be preferred
Technical capability/Core Expertise :
The individual should have extensive hands-on experiences on ‘must to have’ tools/technologies. Relevant certifications will provide additional confidence. He/she should be able to guide other team members (both internal and external to PwC) and provide end to end solutions to PwC clients.
Must to have:
Database - SQL server, Oracle Visualization tool - Tableau and Power BI
Should be capable developing and building reports, dashboards, KPIs and data models
Should be well versed in taking business requirements from stakeholders, and converting raw data into meaningful insights by developing end-to-end reporting and dashboard solutions.
experience in development, enhancement, migration, and deployment dashboards in Azure
Basic knowledge/experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc. ETL tool - Alteryx Team lead experience Highly effective communication skill Experience working in a global and virtual team.
Nice to have :
Any cloud based hands on experience Work experience with any RPA tool - UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc. Experience in Python including the use of Data Science packages
