Profile in brief :The professional will be a part of the senior team of tax division and shall focus on providing Direct Tax Advisory & Litigation services to clients.Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's) :Keeping in view the key Service Offerings of the division, the candidate shall be responsible for:

• Tax litigation preparation & representation of assessments, appeals and petitions including at CIT, CIT (A), DRP, AAR & ITAT levels.


• Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International).


• Advisory on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations, etc.


• M&A and Transaction Advisory


• Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Advisory.


• Interacting with Senior Management of Clients groups - mainly large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and maintaining a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.Indicative CTC Range
