Finance Business Partner – Personal Health


Job location : Gurgaon

In this role, you have the opportunity to

As a Finance Business Partner – PH , you will drive business finance activities for the consumer business (personal health) in your scope and ensure the relevant finance submissions & compliance are executed in line with the local and global collection guidelines and timelines

You are responsible for



  • Business Finance role for all categories in personal Health business (Grooming and Beauty, Mother & Child Care - Philips Avent, Oral Health Care – Philips Sonicare)

  • Monthly Revenue recognition and MEC (month end closing) support for business financials.

  • Preparation and leading discussion for detailed business financial. (AOP/Forecast/Actuals).

  • Drive analysis of business performance: sales, margin and costs.

  • Responsible for BMC / performance discussions with central teams (BG/BU).

  • Responsible for PO control, compliance and management of business marketing spends.

  • Financial working for business cases/ projects like D2C, new GTM, new product/channel etc. Involved in providing financials scenario building support for multiple growth plan workstreams.

  • Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues

  • Ensure no significant deficiencies in audits (Statutory, Internal Audit, ICS/SOX)

  • Inputs/Tracking of fiscal compliance like quarterly advance tax, transfer pricing business profit


You will be part of Philips India Limited Finance organization. You will report to the Director Finance – PH and work closely with the sales and marketing teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA Finance from a premier institute

  • SAP knowledge is preferred

  • Approx. 8-10 years of progressive work experience in area of Business Finance with large MNC or similar consumer business.

  • Ability to work with Cross functional teams and influence colleagues outside own process domain

  • Effective listening and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive and hands on attitude, goal oriented and perseverant.

  • Team oriented and process driven.

  • Fluent communication skills in English (both oral and written) is required
