Responsibilities:

•Responsible for the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes of several finance entities

•Ensure integrity of the accounting books and records in accordance with US and Local GAAP and HP accounting policies, and ensure a strong system of internal controls over the accuracy of financial reporting 

•Preparation of accounting entries with respect to intercompany financing, dividends and capitalizations

•Statutory and central bank reporting

•Liaising with Finance Global Operation Team with respect to the accounting of before mentioned intercompany financing

•Act as a point of contact for the Treasury, International Tax and Legal department

•Initiating projects aiming at cost savings, process optimization and implementation of new tools

Qualification:-

•First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (CA) preferred.

•4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

•Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills:

•Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

•Strong analytical skills.

•Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

•Interest and skills to automate and digitalize processes

•Excellent teamwork skills

•Strong communication and influencing skills.

•Good business acumen.

•SAP experience
