Responsibilities:-

• Handle the company's financial accounting, reporting and compliance. (i.e. finance controllership, accounting, financial reporting, audits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounts reconciliation, fund management, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliances) across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Implement appropriate accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all lines of businesses while ensuring adherence to statutory and accounting principles and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Be skill conversant with IND-AS, SEBI regulations regarding investment advisory and brokerage, , companies act and taxation
• build and maintain the accounting and financial systems, drive automation efforts across all sub-verticals within finance and liaise with external/internal auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of audits.
• Work on ERPs and systems, assess, validate existing as well as provide critical inputs for new implementations
• Setup new internal controls across the org and monitor compliance.
• Provide strong and timely financial and business analytics decision support to CFO and various organizational stakeholders
• Ensure monthly financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital monitoring, working capital performance & cash flow). 
• Provide key and relevant financial performance information to allow meaningful assessment and challenge of the company performance
• Effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends in the crypto & new initiative opportunities across the business
• Partner with stakeholders  to set up new business lines 
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of latest business developments and market trends
• Identify areas of improvement and develop resolutions to improve business productivity and profitability.

Qualification:- 

• Chartered Accountant with working experience in fintech space in last 5-7 years in business heavy role.
• Industry experience of 15 years plus.
