Analytics & MI Analyst in the Service Management function of Procurement Travel & Expense. The Analyst will be part of a Global Analytics & MI team supporting day-to-day customer queries relating to staff expenses and travel data, and analytics. The Analyst is expected to become familiar with the business structure, T&E data workflow and data sources. The Analyst will be required to provide assistance to client queries received through multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
The Analytics & MI team serves as a central point of contact for requests of T&E data, travel statistics and resolution of issues across travel and expense MI.

Activities include:

  • Management of T&E data accuracy

  • Production and distribution of ad hoc and regular reporting; maintenance of distribution lists

  • Support Investigation & Whistle blowing activities

  • Provide T&E spend insight and recommend potential cost efficiency opportunities to the business

  • Support Analytics and MI lead in development and improvement of reports, dashboards and tools

  • Conduct UAT of new reports, dashboards and tools

  • User management of access to the T&E MI and Reporting tool

What will you be doing?

  • Support business users data and reporting queries and requests

  • Liaise across T&E functions to resolve business queries and requests

  • Provide business analytics to support cost decisions and strategy

  • Identify root cause behind data issues and implement necessary solutions

  • Drive efficiencies and identify process improvements in T&E Analytics & MI management

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong command of English language is a must both in spoken and written form.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong MS Excel skills

  • Keen eye for details and presentation

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Knowledge of travel &/or expense processes and workflows would be a bonus

  • Knowledge of the Global Travel and Expense policy and processes would be a bonus

  • Experience in an analytics and MI role

  • Projects experience, especially of requirements clarification and of conduting UAT

  • Prior experience and knowledge of SAP Expense and Concur Expense systems

  • Experience of working with stakeholders / teams across the organisation
