As our Quality Audit, you will be responsible for Process audit , identifying performance gaps in the area. You will be responsible for devising implementing a measurement system for language effectiveness level from entry to exit of customer experience associates.

Requirements

• Audit Maximum number of withdrawals processed from System (Manual & Instant) for both rummy & howzat


• Audit Maximum number of cases taken care by Risk & Fraud Team


• Preparing Training Module and process


• Track Deposit alerts and check if same as been acknowledged within TAT or not


• Meet Audit Target & sending daily, weekly and monthly report


• Feedback should be shared within 24hrs to agents


• Training of new and existing resources


• Calibration session with Team every month


• Process audit and necessary changes should be highlighted without miss


• Ready to take ad hoc task


• Should be willing to work any shift since the role is for our 24X7 service.


• Should have experience in preparing modules on LMS tools
