Job Family Descriptor Responsible for guiding and monitoring Data Analytics, Quality Management and HR Shared Service operations with the objective of ensuring timely periodic closure of shared service activities as per process, policy and budget. Identifies quality and improvement initiatives across HR. Responsible for streamlining and automating HR operations. Manages the operational transactions of - employee data management, payroll management, onboarding and training centre, benefits administration and information center management. Drives process improvements to increase operational efficiencies. Defines and implements framework, methodology and metrics for workforce analytics based on interaction with internal stakeholders. Conducts assessment and benchmarking of HR processes and defines quality framework. Drives execution of benefits policies and adherence to regulatory requirements. Broad outline of the Role Executes operational transactions such as employee data management, payroll management,etc. Maybe involved in identification of process improvement initiatives for HR processes. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.

Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.May lead/manage small teams for small projects.

Demonstrates a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialisation.

Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.

Education : Graduate/Diploma in HR; Post Graduate with a HR specialization
