Could you lead others in how to translate marketing excellence into omnichannel execution?

Your role is to exemplify and drive best practise across our various omnichannel systems, demonstrating and helping to lead others in improving our marketing offering to better serve our diverse audiences demands. Key to this role is developing relationships with markets, being the central contact for support and education.

You will be the primary person responsible for understanding business requirements that describe omnichannel user and support markets in building experiences that will meet these needs. Through working closely with stakeholders you will identify ways, share ideas and diverse thinking in which the omnichannel platform can be improved to better meet the needs for a self-service user. The successful candidate must be highly collaborative, and proactive in seeking out information to uncover the details necessary to improve and measure omnichannel success.

You’ll take the lead on and deliver training, as well as providing on-hand support to guide and lead others across our various omnichannel tools including Adobe Marketing Cloud systems such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or Adobe Tag Manager and Tealium. You will be able to showcase best practice of omnichannel components, driving engagement and standards through highly creative, informative and educational pieces


  • Strong communication skills, supporting omnichannel users both internal and external of how best to utilise the omnichannel tool set for their marketing objectives

  • Translate technical information into easy to consume and act upon training and support

  • Provide day to day support with a blend of technical and marketing skills so that users can best leverage the omnichannel tools for their audiences

  • Evaluate where our omnichannel tools could be improved for self-service and turn requirements into detailed digital briefs to be passed on to development teams

  • Coach different regions, third party agencies, product and brand teams to ensure best possible marketing site or campaign using the components available

  • Demonstrate best practise to others through the use of omnichannel tools such as AEM to build new content/pages and edit existing content by utilising existing components and capabilities

  • Supporting market regions and agencies to translate designs into exceptionable marketing campaigns.

  • The ability to interpret and communicate detailed technical information in a way that others can understand

  • A passion for learning and facilitating others to be able to better connect with their marketing goals through full execution of their omnichannel tools

  • Serve as the lead resource accountable for providing comprehensive instructions necessary for a team of delivery resources to enable an omnichannel campaign

  • Establish relationships internally and externally to support and maintain the high standards of marketing execution across our omnichannel toolset

Skills and experience

  • Solid communication and demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience of omnichannel execution using tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud systems such as:

  • Adobe Campaign (or similar tool)

  • Adobe Experience Manager / Web Analytics (or similar tool)

  • Tealium Audience Stream (or similar tool)

  • Tealium IQ (or similar tool)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Ability to teach and develop learning in others, through the production of training materials and the facilitation of support sessions

  • Experience implementing supplied web frontend HTML templates in AEM templates

  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods

  • Experience of working with both internal and external colleagues in a global organisations set within complex/geographical locations

  • Business analysis, being able to map processes, capture requirements and apply critical thinking


  • Being able to communicate in multiple languages

  • Knowledge of programming languages, and experience in areas such as CMS development, Java content repositories, and web service creation.

  • Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Languages & Scripts: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, Java (or C, C++)

  • Front-end development experience

  • Generating learning through the production of video content (recording, editing and graphics)
